Elena Hilario Martinez, Customer Success Associate
In her role as a Customer Success Associate, Elena manages customer collaborations and leads conversations with different stakeholders across the pharmaceutical industry. She delivers strategic insights on clinical development based on the clients’ goals. Internally, she contributes to cross-functional initiatives that enhance Intelligencia AI’s suite of solutions, keeping the customer mindset at the forefront.
She first joined Intelligencia AI as a member of the Clinical Data Excellence team after relocating to Athens, drawn by the opportunity to move abroad and deepen her understanding of how artificial intelligence can positively transform clinical development. Previously, Elena worked at GSK in Spain as a Medical Information Specialist, collaborating with Medical Affairs teams and gaining experience in compliance.
Elena holds an MSc in Cancer Immunology and Biotechnology from the University of Nottingham and earned her bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology under a full scholarship. She also attended the University of Chicago for a semester, completing a Business of Biotechnology course, and she interned with the Innovations and New Ventures team at Northwestern University.
Outside of work, Elena enjoys traveling, exploring Greece, reading poetry, and practicing yoga.
